1:24 I work in a factory where nobody really carries anything overly heavy, but nobody is allowed on the shopfloor without steel toecaps. Yet across the road, 40ft away, there's a gym where people wear soft, squishy sports shoes, and literally lift weights. It doesn't make sense.
Always use J hooks if pressing solo. Or just don’t be a pussy and put the weight back up.
