Law Enforcement has been taught not to racially profile. The legal terminology they have been taught to use is, "matches the description of recent criminal activity in the area" where area is a vague term deliberately used to provide probable cause enough to warrant pulling them out of their car legally and searching it. Is it right? In a court of law, YES. But clearly, this law enforcement "professional" felt scared and needed to use intimidation so as to "control" the situation. She was so scared she used intimidation and foul language to find herself an exit before he got out of the car and beat her down. SHE WAS DAMN LUCKY- It could have gone WAY WRONG for her. LESSON LEARNED: Whoever uses threat, intimidation, and foul language loses.
