Of course its excessive, if a cop is having a bad day some of em take it out on the prisoner. Thats why i think that attacks on cops ( in my country) are on the rise, and theu will keep on rising until cops start being held to account (properly) for what they do and get away with. Take the analagy of a dog and what happens if ya keep kicking it? It will eventually turn on you, simple.

Depends on what they did before the events...guy in first clip could be a rapist...deserved it...same with 2nd guy..
