The City of Tybee Island is hoping to set the record straight following the arrests of three people this past weekend. The officer's incident report states that he was called to Rock House by an employee following a disagreement over an identification. A woman identified as Olivia Jane Simons then snatched the ID from the officer's hands and took off running.The officer, T. Leguin, gave chase and caught up with Simons and eventually tased her. Officer Bryant Sims said in his report that a young man, identified as Richard Stutts, confronted Leguin. Stutts was subsequently arrested on several charges including disorderly conduct and obstruction. Tybee Police arrested a third person, Alecia Nicholle Adams, during the incident. She was also arrested on obstruction and disorderly conduct charges and is accused of biting a third officer on the head. Show more
