The cop's wife has filed 2 lawsuits. 1 against the MNSP and 1 against DHS. Story from her attorney is that the DHS sends cops to pull these felons over. They don't tell the cops that the guy always packs or how dangerous these felons really are. The widow has 3 kids and another on the way. If you watch the uncensored longer version, the 2 guys that show up are DHS agents. Those POS sent this cop to his death. I agree that the cop should have been more alert. Bad deal
