Im just saying, about your “mistakes” in the edit. Since you say you put it together in less than an hour or so.., had you just washed it down before actually posting, perhaps you would caught any mistakes you made, and quickly could’ve fixed them… I’m just saying.
I hate it when people, regardless having edited for 10 years or for 10 days, make lazy excuses like that. All you gotta do is check your work, simple.
Anyways…. Here’s some Constructive Criticism.
As for your edit, eh.. I get what’s going on as having seen so many videos of wars and all that, but personal and on the net, but I haven’t the faintest clue what’s going on Bc of your edits.
Perhaps letting some shots rest to let the viewer see what’s actually happening. Im also not saying just let shots hang after the action either. You can let the action finish while still doing your choppy editing and quick flashes. You should get into the mindset that every edit should be there for a reason. Not just to add an edit to cut to the beat or something. If nothings happening in the frame, why is it still on the clip. You know?
You can achieve both letting the viewer see what’s going on and having fast cuts to track. You can also achieve that too in under an hour or so. Just saying.
Curious to see what you do next, if you decide to take any of my suggestions..
Fuck ISIS and fuck those who post their propaganda here.
Nuke em
