That last one.....this is why I hate American politicians,....all of them. You don't see that dumb shit in Africa,....WHY? Because African politicians would never make laws to encourage this shit.....we all know africas far from perfect,....but they don't have this dumb shit to deal with. The would never make laws that tie the hands of men from keeping these dumb crazy hoe's under control. There's accountability for dumb shit like this in Africa. Not in America,....politicians have purposefully tied the hand of black men, the police, and society from stopping this type of dumb shit. I hate them with everything in me.
