"GET OFF IT" laying on the ground 3 feet away. makes sense. proceeds to put the gun to his head(cause cops are a gang and want to act like one every chance they get), which is completely un professional and pathetic
If he doesn't want to get shot then he shouldn't be running from the cops then. If you run they are going to chase you plain and simple
