Officers gave commands and tased the male when he did not comply and threw his phone at the officers. Dominique Gray (40, Winder) was charged with Reckless Conduct, Pandering, Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, False Imprisonment and Kidnapping.
